1. General

The website “stressreliefcenter.co.il”, serves the clients of the site’s operator, and therefore any use of the site is subject to the reading and consent of each browser on the site to the terms of use listed below in the site’s policy and as the policy might change from time to time.
The site’s operator is entitled, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, to change from time to time the “Terms of Use” specified in these regulations as well as the structure of the site and/or the content that appears on it, including the cessation of the site’s activity and/or part of it.
The Terms of Use set in the site’s policy will be binding on the user from the moment they are published on the website and will also apply to the user’s use of other online channels displayed by the company. Any user may act on the site subject to the Terms of Use specified in the site’s policy and as long as he has an e-mail box and an active internet network.

3. User’s information

The user information will be collected by the site operator by the user browsing on the site and/or while the user information is entered on the site by the user.

The service is provided to patients over the age of 18.
The patient will act following to the instructions given to him to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.
The treatment file will be sent directly after receiving the payment.
The treatment file is personal and does not bud for transfer.
It is the patient’s responsibility to provide reasonable headphones for the treatment.
The patient is responsible for listening to the file aloud at a reasonable volume and that cannot harm his hearing
The patient will immediately stop the treatment if he does not feel well physically or mentally.
In order to receive the service, all patients agree that their details will be stored in the company’s database. However, the patient does not have a legal obligation to provide the information and the provision of the information depends on his will and consent. The information stored will be used for the purpose of providing the service and improving it.

Additional Instructions:
These Terms of Use shall apply to the laws of the States of Israel, and the exclusive jurisdiction over it shall be vested in the competent court in the Tel Aviv District and no other court shall have jurisdiction in the matter.
